North Channel Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic: Opening Soon

North Channel Nurse Practitioner-Led ClinicThe new North Channel Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic will open to the public on Wednesday, January 29th, 2014.  Registrations are currently being accepted.  If you are not registered with a Primary Health Care Provider, such as a Doctor or Family Health Team, you may register by calling the clinic at 705-842-9898, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  or drop by in person, at 135 Dawson Street, Thessalon (the entrance is indoors across from the Hospital in the former Algoma Manor building).  Registration forms are available for pick up at the clinic office as well.

When registering as a patient, you will require:

  • A valid health card
  • A list of medications currently taken (if applicable)

The North Channel Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic will serve residents from Echo Bay to Iron Bridge.
