Due to extremely poor visibility and unsafe operating conditions, municipal snowplow operations have been temporarily suspended. Public Works crews will return to the roads first thing in the morning once conditions allow for safe operations.

Please note that all municipal waste disposal sites will be closed tomorrow, Monday, March 16, due to the ongoing extreme weather event.

Residents are strongly encouraged to avoid unnecessary travel this evening and overnight while conditions remain hazardous. Please continue to monitor The Weather Network and Ontario 511 for the latest weather updates and road conditions.

The Municipality appreciates your patience and understanding as staff work to resume services as soon as it is safe to do so. Further updates will be provided if conditions change.
