Surplus Land and Property Opportunities

The Municipality periodically reviews municipally owned land and buildings to determine whether any properties are surplus to municipal needs. Properties declared surplus by Council are made available for sale in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipality’s By-law #24-54 – Sale of Surplus Land.

This page serves as the central location for information on surplus municipal properties available for purchase.

**Listings Coming Soon

Staff are currently reviewing potential surplus properties. Once formally declared surplus by resolution, available properties will be posted here with relevant details including location, size, zoning, servicing information, and method of sale.

All property sales are subject to Council approval.
