Land & Development Opportunities

The Municipality of Huron Shores maintains an inventory of municipally owned lands to support long-term planning, asset management, and economic development objectives.

From time to time, Council may review properties to determine whether they continue to be required for municipal purposes. Properties identified through this process are not declared surplus and listed for sale until Council formally declares them surplus and authorizes a disposition process. We welcome inquiries!

**A municipal land inventory will be posted here as it becomes available.

Important Notice
Inclusion on this page does not constitute a declaration of surplus land and does not imply availability for sale or lease. Any future disposition of municipal land is subject to Council approval and applicable municipal policies.
