The Municipality of Huron Shores has prepared a Draft Comprehensive Zoning By-law that sets out land use regulations for all lands within the boundaries of the Municipality.  Prior to Council passing a zoning by-law, under the Planning Act, public meetings must be advertised and held in order to inform and receive comments from the public.  This Public Meeting, being held on Wednesday, October 7th, at 7:00 p.m., Sowerby Hall, is for Council to hear representations and the Final Draft of the By-law may be passed after this Public Meeting.  An Open House to inform the public about the new Zoning By-law was held Wednesday, September 30th, at Sowerby Hall.  Please click on the link below to visit the Planning Department page and view the Draft By-law and maps.
