PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT Clause 53(5)(a) of the Planning Act The Municipality of Huron Shores has received an Application for Consent File No. 2023-C-01. The application proposes to sever a 10.5 acre (4.2 hectare) parcel of land, from the retained 13.47 acre (5.5 hectare) of land being described as LEFROY SEC 26 SE1/4 PT PCL 2844 ACS, in the Municipality of Huron Shores. A Special Public Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 12th, 2023 at 7pm. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the nature of the application, invite public input, advise on how to make comments on the application and advise the public of future notification and appeal rights. Appeal of a decision of the Municipality in respect of this consent may be made by any person or public body not later than 20 days after notice of the decision is given.
