Closed captions are enabled for all Zoom meetings hosted by the Municipality of Huron Shores. This feature ensures accessibility and inclusivity for all participants.

How to Enable Captions in Zoom

• Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal
  Go to Zoom’s website and log in with your credentials.

• Access the Settings
  Once signed in, navigate to the Settings option.

• Select the Accessibility Tab
  In the settings menu, click on the Accessibility tab.

• Enable Captions
  Under the Accessibility section, find the option labeled “Always Show Captions” and toggle it to the “On” position.
