The Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council to be held Wednesday, September 21st, 2016, has been posted.  The Special Meeting was authorized via Resolution #16-22-04, dated September 14th, 2016, in order to review required, and possible, conditions that may be considered to make a decision respecting the Application for Consent to Sever File 2016-C-2 (Van Hoof to Seabrook).  Although this is a public meeting, and members of the public may observe the proceedings from the gallery, this meeting is being held strictly for the purpose of Council deliberations with respect to the noted Application.  Please click on the link below to view the proposed Agenda.
