The Thessalon Twp. Heritage Assn. is hosting a Work Bee on Saturday, June 2/18 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Heritage Park Museum, 2 Little Rapids Rd., 3 km north of Thessalon on Hwy. 129.  A modern take on an old fashioned “Work Bee”.  revived from a time when the community assisted in completing any task that was too big for one person to do alone.  Small, medium and large jobs for everyone!  All ages welcome.  Coffee, tea, water, snacks and BBQ lunch provided to all registered volunteers.  All materials will be supplied.  Please bring your own hand tools (we have power!).  Students can collect volunteer hours.  To register or make enquiries, please contact Mary Anne MacDonald at 705-842-2722 or mamac@soonet.ca.
