The Minutes of the Special Public Meeting and the Regular Meeting of Council held Wednesday, September 19th, 2018, were adopted at the October 3rd, Regular Meeting.  The Special Public Meeting was held, as required under the Planning Act, to hear comments in favour of or objection to the proposed Zoning Amendment.  The Amendment was to authorize re-formatting of the Comprehensive Zoning Document and to add a ‘housekeeping clause’ in order to correct any minor discrepancies, typos, etc.  Please click on the links below to view the approved Minutes.
