We Need Your Input! – Proposed Naming of Cordukes Bay The Ontario Geographic Names Board, through the Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR), has received a proposal to officially name a bay within Huron Shores. The proposed name is Cordukes Bay. Where is Cordukes Bay?Cordukes Bay is located on the southern shores of Basswood Lake, about 2 km east of Day Mills and 10 km west of Iron Bridge. This area is part of the Municipality of Huron Shores, District of Algoma, in the Geographic Township of Day. We Need Your Feedback!As members of the Huron Shores community, your input is vital!
