This position will enforce municipal by-laws, provide animal control services, investigate complaints, and support safe, fair, and livable communities across Huron Shores. Qualifications: Post-secondary diploma in Law Enforcement, Police Foundations, Justice Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience. MLEO or Property Standards certification an asset. Minimum 2 years of enforcement, compliance, or animal control experience preferred. Knowledge of municipal by-laws, the Municipal Act, and the Provincial Offences Act. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and report-writing skills. Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence and clear criminal record check. Compensation:Competitive hourly rate of $35.53 – $44.43 (35 hrs/week), plus fully paid benefits, OMERS pension, 10 personal days upon hire, EFAP, and Perkopolis discount program.
