The Municipality of Huron Shores would like to advise the travelling public that seasonal half load restrictions on all Municipal roads have been lifted effective Monday, May 25, 2026.

The restrictions were put in place during the spring thaw period to help protect municipal roads from damage caused by heavy vehicles while road conditions were vulnerable due to frost and excess moisture.

The Municipality thanks residents and operators for their patience and cooperation throughout the restriction period.
