☀️ Stay Safe During the Heat

💧 Drink plenty of water before you feel thirsty.

🏠 Stay in air-conditioned or cool spaces whenever possible.

🕶️ Plan outdoor activities for the morning or evening when temperatures are cooler, and wear lightweight, light-coloured clothing and a wide-brimmed hat.

👴 Check in on older adults, those living alone, young children, and others who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

🚗 Never leave children or pets unattended in a parked vehicle.

⚠️ Hot and humid conditions may also lead to poor air quality. If you have a respiratory condition, reduce strenuous outdoor activities and monitor local air quality updates.
