PUBLIC ADVISORY – POTOMAC BRIDGE CLOSURE EXTENDED September 11, 2026 – 3:25 p.m. The Municipality of Huron Shores would like to advise residents and the travelling public that the Potomac Bridge closure on Chiblow Lake Road has been extended as paving work is still in progress. At this time, the anticipated completion time is unknown. The bridge will remain closed to regular traffic until the paving work has been completed. Emergency Services will not be disrupted by the closure. The Municipality apologizes for any inconvenience this extended closure may cause and appreciates the patience and cooperation of residents and visitors. An update will be posted as soon as the bridge has reopened.
