Huron Shores residents are invited to participate in Blind River’s Household Hazardous Waste Day on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The event will take place at the Blind River Community Centre, located at 110 Indiana Avenue, Blind River.

Household Hazardous Waste Day provides residents with an opportunity to safely dispose of items that should not be placed in regular household waste, such as paints, oils, fuels, cleaners, chemicals, batteries, light bulbs, pesticides, and other hazardous household materials.

Proper disposal of hazardous waste helps protect our homes, health, and environment.
