Cancellation of February 25, 2015 Council Meeting The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores at the February 11th, 2015 Regular Meeting passed Resolution #15-03-14, as follows: “WHEREAS a quorum of Council may be unavailable on February 25, 2015; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the February 25, 2015 Meeting of Council be cancelled with the proviso that should a matter of urgency arise, Mayor Reeves may call a special meeting; AND THAT the first and second reading of the proposed By-law to stop up and close a portion of Roe Avenue (now known as Sunset Beach Road) intended to be considered by Council on February 25th, now be considered at the March 11, 2015 Meeting of Council; AND THAT Council will, on March 11, 2015, hear in person, or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the closure and who applies to be heard.” Please click here to read the original notice with respect to the proposed By-law to stop up and close a portion of Roe Avenue.
