Claim the Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit The following was received from the Ontario Ministry of Finance: The Healthy Homes Renovation Tax Credit (HHRTC) is a permanent, refundable personal income tax credit for seniors and family members who live with them. Seniors 65 years and older and their live-in family members are eligible for the HHRTC of up to $1,500.00 on home modifications that improve safety and accessibility – regardless of income.
