Grab your kayak, canoe, or paddleboard and join the Town of Thessalon for the annual Poker Paddle on Saturday, June 20, 2026! Paddle along the beautiful Thessalon River while collecting poker cards for your chance to win cash prizes for the top three poker hands.

📍 Peace Park – Thessalon River Mouth
🕙 Registration: 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
🃏 Cards Due: 12:30 p.m.

Participants can choose a 4 km return route on the Thessalon River, while experienced paddlers may opt for an extended 10 km route, weather permitting. Lunch is included at Peace Park on the shores of Lake Huron, and additional door prizes will be awarded throughout the event.

🚨 All participants must wear a lifejacket/PFD, and participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
