Municipal Office, 7 Bridge St., Iron BridgeEffective Tuesday, June 3rd, the Huron Shores Fire Department has LIFTED the Fire Ban originally imposed May 29th.  Open Air Burning may only be conducted with a valid permit.  Permits are available at the Municipal Office in Iron Bridge from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or at the Huron Shores Fire Department Office in Little Rapids on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to Noon; the Fee is $5.00.  For more information respecting Open Air Burning, Fire Bans, and penalties forHSFD Stn 1 Office - 69 Little Rapids Rd infraction of the By-law, contact the Municipal Office (705-843-2033) or visit the Fire Department page at huronshores.ca.

The Municipality of Huron Shores Fire Department has imposed a Fire Ban effective May 29th, 2014, until further notice.  Open air burning of brush, grass, debris and use of incinerators is not permitted.  Small, contained campfires for cooking and/or warmth are permitted.  For more information contact the Municipal Office in Iron Bridge at 705-843-2033 or visit the Fire Department page at huronshores.ca to learn more about the Open Air Burning regulations, Fire Bans, and the penalties for infraction of the By-law.
