May 30: 4th Annual ATV Run The Thessalon Township Recreation Committee is hosting its’ 4th Annual ATV Run on Saturday, May 30th, 2015. The route begins at Thessalon Township Community Centre, 4 Little Rapids Rd., with lunch at the Tunnel Lake Trading Post, returning to the Community Centre for Supper. The cost is $50/person; Extra Riders: $25/adult and $10/child. Payment is due at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the run at the Community Centre. Registration Fee includes: Coffee and cinnamon buns at the start; lunch at Tunnel Lake, Supper after the ATV Run at the Community Centre, and plenty of prizes. All proceeds from this event will be used to enhance and maintain the recreation facilities in Ward 1 of Huron Shores, the former Thessalon Township.
