Minutes of Special Meetings October 5 & 12, 2011 & Regular Meeting October 12, 2011 The Minutes of the Special Meetings of Council held October 5th and 12th, 2011 and of the Regular Meeting of Council held October 12th, 2011 were approved at the October 26th, 2011 Council meeting. The October 5th, 2011 Special Meeting was held at the Day and Bright Community Centre in order that Dr. Gertrud Nürnberg of Freshwater Research could present her findings for the Bright and Basswood Lake Capacity Study. Her presentation is attached as Appendix ‘A’ to the Minutes and is found on this web site on the Environmental Studies page. The October 12th, 2011 Special Meeting was held under the requirements of the Planning Act for the purpose of implementing a Temporary Use Zoning By-law to permit a “Garden Suite” (Granny Flat).
