Minutes of the June 22, 2016 Regular Meeting The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held Wednesday, June 22nd, 2016, were adopted by Council at the July 13th meeting. The 2016 Municipal Budget, Levy, Tax Ratios and Rates were approved at the June 22nd meeting as well as three items that will be included in the final version of the Zoning By-law. Council meets only once during each of the months of July and August. Should ratepayers or residents have any requests or concerns they wish brought to the attention of Council, please forward correspondence to the Municipal Office, attention Clerk/Administrator Deborah Tonelli, by the Friday prior to Regular Meetings of Council for inclusion on the Agenda and in the councillors’ meeting information packages. Any Delegation requests should also be submitted to the Clerk/Administrator’s attention by the Friday prior. Council supports civic engagement and welcomes input from Huron Shores’ residents and ratepayers that would improve and/or enhance the community.
