Please be advised that the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) has designated a section of Highway 17 within the Municipality of Huron Shores as a construction zone.

The construction zone will be in effect from:
May 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026

This work includes culvert replacements and related roadwork along Highway 17.

A reduced speed limit may be in place within the construction zone when workers are present. Motorists are asked to obey all posted signage and use caution when travelling through the area.

The Municipality encourages drivers to plan for possible delays and to travel safely through the construction zone.
