The Corporation of the Municipality of Huron ShoresTAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores will hold a Public Meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Office Council Chambers to consider a proposed Site Specific Zoning By-law Amendment under Section 34 of the Planning Act.

The owner of lands in Part of Lot 10 Concession 2 Gladstone Township, within the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores, has made application for a Site Specific Zoning By-law Amendment on the severed and retained lands to change the zoning designation.  The amendment will change the designation from Seasonal Residential to Rural Residential but will preserve the 25 metre shoreline setback for any habitable buildings as well as a 15 metre shoreline vegetation buffer as established under the former zoning by-law for the affected properties.
