THE CORPORATION OF MUNICIPALITY OF HURON SHORES
NOTICE TO PASS A BY-LAW
(TO STOP UP AND CLOSE UNOPENED ROAD ALLOWANCE)
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and close the unopened Richard Avenue road allowance, described as follows:
RICHARD AV PL H499 W OF WARNOCK RD, HURON SHORES.
The proposed by-law and supporting information for the road closure to which the by-law would apply, may be seen by making an appointment with the Municipality of Huron Shores Municipal Office, during regular office hours, or on the Municipal Website at www.huronshores.ca.
The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration of First and Second Reading at its regular meeting of Council to be held the 12th day of January, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. At that time Council will hear in person, or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims his/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
