Proposed Permanent Road Closure: Hazel Road THE MUNICIPALITY OF HURON SHORES PROPOSED PERMANENT ROAD CLOSURE TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and close Hazel Road. The subject road lies within Lot 9 Concession I, Gladstone Township. The proposed by-law and supporting information for the road closure to which the by-law would apply, may be seen at the Municipality of Huron Shores Municipal Office during regular office hours. The proposed by-law will come before the said Council for consideration of First Reading at its regular meeting of Council to be held the 25th day of June, 2014, at 7:00 p.m. and at that time Council will hear in person, or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims his/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
