Reminder: Dog Registration All dogs must be registered with the municipality by March 1st of each year. After the deadline, fees double – except for new residents during their first year of residence. Dog Tags are valid from January 1st to December 31st and can be obtained at the Municipal Office. Registration Fees (Before March 1st): $15.00 – Non-neutered/spayed dogs $10.00 – Neutered/spayed dogs $40.00 – Kennel licences Late Registration Fees (After March 1st): $30.00 – Non-neutered/spayed dogs $20.00 – Neutered/spayed dogs $80.00 – Kennel licences Please Note: Proof of current rabies vaccination is required to obtain a dog tag. Responsible Pet Ownership Dog owners are responsible for: Keeping pets securely on their property or leashed when off the property. Ensuring pets are under the control of a responsible individual at all times. Dog tags can help identify your pet if they become lost or stray from home.
