The Iron Bridge Agricultural Society is holding its 129th Annual Iron Bridge Fall Fair on Saturday, September 3rd, from 10:00  a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Iron Bridge Recreation Centre, 1 Chiblow Lake Road.  Doors open at 10:00 a.m.; Opening Ceremonies at 10:30 a.m.; Judging of Parade Entries at the Lions Park (2 Northern Ave.) is at 12:00 p.m.; Parade beings at 12:30 p.m. from the Lions Park and ends at the Rec Centre; Live Music at the Rec Centre, provided by Fern McCoy & Debbie Rivard, begins at 1:00 p.m.  Activities include a Chili Challenge, a Beef Stew Competition, Vendors, Home Craft Entries, Children’s Prize List, Silent Auction.  There will also be Science North’s interactive space exhibit, 3-2-1 Blast Off!,  an educational poultry display from the Youth Algoma Poultry Association and a hands-on milking display provided by Northern Maple.  It’s a day of fun for the whole family.
