The Municipality of Huron Shores is encouraging residents to participate in the Health, Economic, and Adaptation in Rural Communities (HEAR) Initiative, a long-term research project led by the University of Guelph.

The HEAR Initiative is collecting information from rural and northern communities across Ontario to better understand local experiences related to health, economic well-being, and climate adaptation. The information gathered will help support stronger planning, policy, and decision-making for rural communities.

As a thank you for participating, individuals who complete the survey will have a chance to win an iPad.

Residents can learn more about the project and access the survey by visiting:

Your feedback can help shape the future of rural Ontario.
