The Timber Village Museum is welcoming submissions from participants of all ages and geographic regions that have a tie to the Blind River & Area. Individual, community group, and class submissions are welcome.

Participants are asked to submit 12” x 12” fabric squares decorated, sewn, glued, painted, etc., showing something that represents your journey through the last year. Detailed Instructions and Submission Guide is available in both English and French.

Submissions are being collected by mail or curbside drop off at the Timber Village Museum between March 1st and May 3rd, 2021. The Blind River Town Hall has a drop box at the front door, as well as the Blind River Public Library book return.  Participants are asked to leave room around the perimeter of their panel to account for fabric used when the quilt is assembled.

The  finished quilt will be displayed at the Timber Village Museum this year and is intended to be housed as an important collection piece to mark these different times and the #StayHomeON culture of the past year.
