The Central Algoma Rural Health Care Steering Committee has rescheduled the Open Public Meeting to Monday, February 6th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion in Richards Landing. This Presentation and Information Session will discuss the following topics:
- The Tri-Communities Model: The proposed linking of Matthews Memorial Hospital, Thessalon Hospital and the Blind River District Health Centre.

Due to the heavy rainfall, sections of Municipal Roads in Huron Shores are very slippery. Public Works crews are doing everything they can but, it is recommended that if you do not have to travel today that you please stay home.
Also due to the icy conditions, for your safety, ALL Huron Shores Municipal Landfill Sites will be CLOSED today, Monday, January 23rd, 2012.

The Council of the Municipality of Huron Shores will hold 2 meetings on the evening of Wednesday, January 25th, 2012. A Special Meeting to discuss a Minor Variance application will convene at 7:00 p.m. Following the adjournment of the Special Meeting, the Regular Meeting of Council will commence.
