A municipal tax sale is when a municipality sells one or more properties, under the authority of the Municipal Act, to recover the outstanding property taxes which are two or more years in arrears.  

Tax sales are listed on the Ontario Tax Sales website.

Tender packages are available, on request, for $25.00 plus tax. Email the Municipal Office at email@huronshores.ca with your request.
