Huron Shores Public Library Gets Facelift Huron Shores Librarian Mrs. Terri Beharriell Recently the Huron Shores Public Library in Iron Bridge was able to purchase and install new windows and doors with the financial assistance of the Government of Ontario’s Investing in Ontario Infrastructure Project funding. The total cost of the project was $9,153.00 of which Investing in Ontario provided $3,700.00; the remaining $5,453.00 being paid by the Municipality. Thanks to the financial assistance of the Investing in Ontario program the Library Board was able to allocate more budget dollars to enhancing library services and resources. The Library, located at 10 John Street, shares its building with the Fire Hall, and is also the Community Access Internet site for Iron Bridge. The operating hours of the Library are Tuesday and Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This resource centre is well-frequented by residents of all ages; playing an important role in the life of the community.
