Emergency Preparedness Week 2022 Emergency Preparedness (EP) Week is an annual event that takes place each year during the first full week of May. This year the national Emergency Preparedness takes place May 1-7, 2022, this is an opportunity to better prepare and protect yourself and family during emergencies. This years theme is “Emergency Preparedness: Be Ready for Anything”. Before an emergency happens, it’s important to make sure you have an emergency plan in place for your household. Emergencies can happen at any time and without warning. With a little preparation, you can respond quickly to help yourself and others.
