Important Information – Council Meeting Scheduled for Wednesday, April 8, 2020 The Council of the Municipality of Huron Shores will hold a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 8, pursuant to Section 238 (3.4) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as enacted by the Municipal Emergency Act, 2020. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a by-law which proposes to amend Procedural By-law #16-83 to allow for electronic participation in Council meetings by members of Council and, during emergencies, to be counted for purposes of quorum. This meeting will take place through electronic means. Due to the limited size of Council Chambers, the Municipality cannot accommodate physical public attendance and meet social distancing requirements. Therefore, members of the public can request access of the footage of the meeting, or view the meeting live at the link below: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/7606874460 The Agenda will be posted on the Municipal website at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting time.
