Notice To Pass A By-law: to Stop Up & Close an Unused Portion of Road TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and close an unused portion of Ingram Road, as follows: That part of Ingram Road described as Lot 28, RCP H-787, lying within the NW ¼ Section 25 Thessalon Township, (which is east of Pine Ridge Road). The proposed by-law and mapping showing the lands subject to the closure (see below) may also be seen at the Municipal Office in Iron Bridge during regular office hours. The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration at the regular meeting to be held June 27, 2012, in the Council Chambers. At that time, Council will hear in person or by his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, any person who claims his/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard.
