Proposed Amendments to Fee and Charges By-law Please be advised that the Corporation of the Municipality of Huron Shores intends to adopt amendments to the Fees and Charges By-law No. 22-84, in accordance with subsection 391 (1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c, 25. The proposed amendments include additions to the Waste Site User Fees, Schedule “H” as follows: Furniture – $10.00 per Unit Mattress, Box Spring – $10.00 per Unit; and Boats, Trailers – $10.00 per Foot Proposed amendments also include an updated description of “Minor Renovations” under the Building Permit Fees, Schedule “G”. The meeting at which the by-law will be presented will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
