Reminder: Friday, Sept. 12 is Nomination Deadline REMINDER: Friday, September 12th, at 2:00 p.m., is the deadline to file your nomination papers at the Municipal Office if you wish to run as a candidate in the upcoming Municipal and School Board elections. A nomination form must be filed with the Clerk/Administrator before spending or raising any money for campaign activities. The filing fee is $100.00 except for the office Municipal Office, 7 Bridge St., Iron Bridge, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. of Head of Council which is $200.00. Nomination Forms are available at the Municipal Office or by clicking here. Huron Shores is governed by a 9-member Council (Mayor + 8 Councillors, 2 representatives per Ward).
