Once your eCommerce service has been activated, your future bills will be uploaded to the eCommerce portal. You will then receive an email to notify you that your bill is available to view. What if I change my mind and want to revert back to paper billing? If you ever decide to withdraw from eCommerce, simply log into eCommerce and update your preferences.Please note: It is your responsibility to update the eCommerce account if there is a change to the email address where your property tax bill is being sent and also to notify the Municipal Office if a bill has not been received. Standard late fees are applicable. Only original bills will be sent via the eCommerce service. Arrears notices are sent via regular Canada Post mail, penalty and interest will apply in accordance with the municipal user fee bylaw. Please ensure you add the eCommerce email to your safe senders list.
